Property Description

Bring your vision and finish this one your way! Located near Nimrod Lake and Carter Cove, this property offers a great opportunity for a weekend getaway, fishing retreat, investment property or full-time home. Renovations have already been started, with new windows, drywall work, flooring in portions of the home and rustic wood and metal finishes underway. A basement/garage provides additional space for storage, tools, boats and lake gear. The real draw is the location, with Carter Cove recreation area nearby offering lake access, a boat ramp, swimming area, playground, picnic areas and more. The home still needs work and is being sold as-is, but with a location like this and much of the renovation already underway, there is plenty of potential for the next owner to bring it across the finish line.
